With age, overweight, an accident or repeated movements, a joint may lose its flexibility. Mouving becomes even more difficult and uncomfortabme, stiffness occurs. The most affected joints are the knees, hips, the spine and the fingers:
- -The joint: is called any connection between 2 or more pieces of bone from the skeleton. Joints allow humans to move. The ends of the leg pieces are smooth and rounded and fitted with a layer of cartilage.
-The cartilage: the cartilage is actually the joint's shock absorber. It prevents our bones from rubbing when we move. They endure a lot , day by day, our entire life. This layer of cartilage is constantly renewed due to a permanent reconstruction process. The flexibility and mobility of the joints depends a lot on the quality of our cartilage.
